With the possibility of winning the lottery, when the children saw the bag taken out of the Ganga river, everyone got scared. The dead body of a newborn baby was kept inside the bag.<br \/>\nOn receiving the information, SI Sandeepa Bhandari, who reached the spot along with Hamrah, gathered information about the incident from the children. Prima facie it appears that to hide the birth of a newborn baby, his body was purposely thrown into Ganga Nahar in a secret manner.
