The police then initiated legal procedures regarding the victim\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Preliminary investigation revealed the deceased was Hansika Yadav, who was fatally attacked by her boyfriend during an argument. Based on a formal complaint filed by Hansika\u2019s brother, Varun Yadav, the Sidcul police registered a case of murder against the accused and launched a manhunt.<\/p>\n<p>After questioning local residents near the crime scene, the police gathered clues, tracked possible locations, and eventually arrested the accused boyfriend,<\/p>\n<p>Who is the murderer, Pradeep?<br \/>\nPradeep is a native of Hussainganj, Sitapur district in Uttar Pradesh. He worked at \u201cEnds Light\u201d company in the Sidcul area of Haridwar. In 2021, his childhood girlfriend, who lived in the same neighborhood and had lost both her parents, came to live with him in Haridwar. Pradeep helped her get a job in a local company in Sidcul. Around a year ago, the deceased\u2019s brother, Varun Yadav (the complainant), also moved in with them.<\/p>\n<p>When and why did the relationship fall apart?<br \/>\nAfter nearly four years of living together, the couple began to drift apart about a month ago. Due to frequent arguments and misunderstandings, Hansika moved out and started living with a female friend in Roshanabad. Meanwhile, Pradeep started living with Hansika\u2019s brother, Varun, in Hetampur village.<\/p>\n<p>What led to the murder?<br \/>\nAccording to preliminary police investigation and insider sources, Pradeep became angry upon learning about Hansika\u2019s growing closeness and possible relationship with another man. On Monday, he called her to meet in Navodaya Nagar Colony. Before going, he purchased a knife from a shop in Roshanabad.
