Under the leadership of SSP Haridwar Navneet Singh Bhullar, a special drive titled Operation Recovery led to a major success. The SIDCUL police station team recovered around 140 lost mobile phones worth over \u20b935 lakh (\u20b93.5 million).<br \/>\nMajor Breakthrough Through the CEIR Portal<br \/>\nFollowing the SSP\u2019s directions, district police were instructed to take swift action on complaints registered on the Central Equipment Identity Register (C.E.I.R.) portal. Acting on these orders, the SIDCUL police station conducted thorough investigations with technical assistance and successfully traced 140 missing mobile phones.<br \/>\nThe recovered devices include phones belonging to employees working in SIDCUL-based companies who had come to Haridwar from other states for employment, as well as several local residents whose phones were also returned.<br \/>\nSmiles Return to Mobile Owners<br \/>\nMany individuals had nearly given up hope of recovering their lost phones. However, as soon as their devices were handed back, their joy was clearly visible.
