The meeting included a comprehensive assessment of the preparations related to security, communication systems, fire safety, disaster management, and the emergency response mechanism for the fair.<br \/>\nMrs. Vimmi Sachdeva conducted a detailed review of every aspect of the arrangements, from communication to overall security, and emphasized the importance of seamless coordination among all departments. She also issued clear directions regarding fire safety, disaster management, and effective handling of emergency situations.<br \/>\nDuring the meeting, officials were instructed to ensure that the safety and security of Kanwar pilgrims remain the highest priority throughout the event.
