Haridwar: District Haridwar became champion in the state level scientific research competition.

Shri Sikand Kumar Tyagi, District Judge Haridwar (Chief Guest) duly announced the conclusion of the three-day scientific research competition organized at Police Line Roshanabad:
District Haridwar was entrusted with the responsibility of organizing the scientific research competition by the Police Headquarters, Uttarakhand. The said competition was held from 21 November. A total of 148 participants from 16 teams of 10 districts, 05 PAC/IRB divisions and ATC Haridwar participated in this competition.
The competition was inaugurated on November 21 by Vinay Shankar Pandey, District Magistrate, Haridwar and concluded on November 23 by Sikand Kumar Tyagi, District Judge, Haridwar in the presence of Senior Superintendent of Police, Haridwar Ajay Singh and other police officers.
In his address, the chief guest informed the police personnel present in the team that this competition is very important in the unveiling of crime in the police department, on the basis of this scientific evidence, it helps in getting justice to the victim and punishment to the accused. The police department has its own importance, that’s why every police officer and employee of the police department should participate enthusiastically in the competition organized
So that we can stay physically and mentally healthy. In the end, the chief guest gave awards to the winners and wished them all the best for the future.
In the organized competition, Armed Training Center Haridwar – First in Scientific Research, District Haridwar – First in Professional Photography, 40th Corps PAC in Videography. Haridwar First, 40th Corps in Computer Competition P.A.C. Haridwar first, district Dehradun in anti-sabotage first dog competition, district Nainital got first place and won Chalvaijanti.
