Today, on 12.12.2022, constable Rohit Singh, appointed in CPU Haldwani, was on duty at Hydil Tirahe in Kathgodam area. While on duty, a minor boy came to the constable hungry and thirsty. The condition of the boy was very bad and he was looking very poor and started urging to feed him.
Seeing the condition of the boy who was helpless due to hunger and thirst, the constable took him to a nearby restaurant and asked the restaurant owner to feed him. But the boy was scared and could not move forward to eat. Seeing this Rohit, while ordering food for himself, made the poor boy sit with him and feed him. On which the humane approach of the Nainital Police was appreciated by the restaurant owner and other local people. The child happily told the constable
