Haridwar: At Kotwali Jwalapur on 13/12/2022, on the written Tahrir of Rohan Kamboj’s son Ajay Kamboj, resident of Shiv Colony Chutmalpur police station, Fatehpur district Saharanpur, Dr. Vinod Arya (Former State Minister, Government of Uttarakhand), son of Namalum, resident of Arya Nagar street number 4 and 5 near Plaintiff Rohan Kamboj (who used to work as a driver with accused Dr. Vinod Arya) by Swadeshi Ayurvedic Kotwali Jwalapur.
In relation to trying to have unnatural sex with her, threatening to kill her by assault and abusing her and injuring her by hitting a vehicle with the intention of killing her in Saharanpur, case against Haja police station crime number 742/2022 section 377,511,307,323,504,506 IPC has been registered. It is being discussed by Sub-Inspector Sudhanshu Kaushik.
