Haridwar: Haridwar Police’s strictness and sensitivity both are tolerable. In the past few times such examples have come to the fore which were very poignant and sensitive. Finding an 8-month-old baby, then reuniting the lost children with their families, is a sign of a responsible police administration. It is an oath to keep making every possible effort in the service of the public. The matter has again come to the fore of innocent children being separated from their parents. Two children were seen walking at Mangalore bus station. The children were very little, so they could not introduce themselves.
On 26Dec. 2022, a boy aged about 2 years and an innocent girl were found walking in an abandoned condition from Mangalore and Sultanpur bus stand. In the absence of information about the names and addresses of the children, the police team made announcements about the said children in temples/mosques by spreading through social media.

As a result, the parents of the missing children thanked the Haridwar police after finding them safe.
