Haridwar / There was a stir due to the murder that took place today in the Kotwali area. A 20 year old youth named Karan alias Kannu was killed by shooting him on the head. The killers were caught in the CCTV camera while running away after shooting, the deceased was sleeping in the hotel at that time. As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The body was sent to the hospital for post-mortem. Haridwar Police immediately disclosed the incident and arrested a young man.
It is being told that this murder took place due to mutual rivalry. SSP Ajai Singh, who arrived on the spot to inspect the incident, said that a 20-year-old youth has been shot dead, in connection with which a youth has been detained and interrogated. He said that cases were registered against the deceased under several sections. Ajay Singh said that during the interrogation of the detained youth, the same thing has come to light that the murder was committed due to personal enmity. Further investigation is being done.
