Haridwar: In order to take action against anti-social elements during the Shardiya Kanwar fair, the Shyampur police station of Haridwar detained the car driver under the MV Act for harassing the people traveling in public under the influence of alcohol in a numberless Bolero vehicle in Rasiyabad area. The car was seized and three other persons traveling in the car were detained under the Police Act. Everyone was challaned.
Saying- “Sir, forgive me! I didn’t know, Kanwar is coming.”
