JWALAPUR / A case was filed in Kotwali Jwalapur by Meenakshi Sharma, branch manager, Bank of India, Sarai Jwalapur, in relation to breaking the wall of the bank branch, vandalizing the CRM machine and stealing the DVR of the CCTV camera.
After which, considering the seriousness of the sensitive matter of theft from an institution like a bank at night wearing a mask, the Senior Superintendent of Police was directed to uncover the incident and arrest the accused.
On which, the police teams formed immediately reached the spot and after collecting the footage of CCTV cameras, after continuous interrogation of the suspicious persons, the accused Sameer Ansari son of Bahram Ansari resident of village Sarai Kotwali Jwalapur Haridwar was caught near Ramanand Institute with the stolen DVR and 315 bore pistol and 01 live cartridge.
