From the general public and crime report, it came to the notice of Mr. Senior Superintendent of Police, Udham Singh Nagar that the number of people injured or killed in the accident is mostly of minor children or accidents are happening due to careless driving of minor children.The cognizance of which was taken by the Sir and a new initiative was taken to prevent vehicle accidents, according to which notices were pasted in the schools by the school students when they came to school on two wheelers. It was warned that if a student below 18 years of age is shown on a scooty, bike, then action will be taken against his parents too. Udhamsinghnagar Police appeals to you that if someone is seen driving without a helmet, then by putting his photo and the location in which the number of his vehicle is clearly visible, you can send it to the traffic eye app. Action will be taken against him as per rules.
As per the orders of the SSP, awareness programs regarding traffic are also being run in various schools. In which school children are being made aware by giving information about traffic rules.
