STF arrested more then 30 accused in uksssc paper leak case. notice has been issued by the commission to the company involved in the question paper leak scam-Why should company not be blacklisted?

Haridwar:So far more than 30 arrests have been made in the uksssc paper leak case. Recently, a show cause notice has been issued by the commission to the company involved in the question paper leak scam case late on Friday evening. It was clearly mentioned in the notice that why not blacklist you?
Two employees of RMS Techno Solutions Pvt Ltd
(1) Jaijit Das
(2) Abhishek Verma
was arrested by the STF in the question paper leak case.
In the notice by UKSSSC Secretary Surendra Singh Rawat, that
“The ongoing investigation in the matter shows the involvement of your company. Live examinations were conducted. And whose question papers were leaked.”
In the letter by UKSSSC, the company’s role in the scam comes under the category of serious crime and asked it to reply within a week as to why legal action should not be taken against it. And why the company should not be blacklisted?
Amidst the controversy regarding recruitment, the government took major action late on Thursday and suspended the present secretary of Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Santosh Badoni. This action was taken on the direction of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.
The STF has made more than 30 arrests so far but no direct action has been taken against the officers of the commission so far.
