Kotdwara :Jammu Police has arrested Iqbal Khan from Rudraprayag, who has been absconding for years in many cases. The accused, who caught by Jammu Police was posted as foreman for two years in Megha Engineering and infrastructure private limited, one of the execution agency of Rishikesh-Karnprayag Rail Project
According to the sources, 5 km far from the Rudraprayag district the Rishikesh – Karnprayag rail project works in progress at Sumerpur. The accused was posted as foremen in the Megha Engineering and infrastructure private limited for last two years. Now the question arises , whether all workers are recruited without verification by execution agencies. How it is possible that a person absconding from Kupwara of Jammu state in many cases and working in Uttarakhand state in one of the dream project of Indian Railway. And execution agencies and Local police were ignorant about it. That is why, it is important that you should also be alert, might be any Iqbal khan present around you and you may unaware about it. So be alert , be careful and ready to report local police in case of any suspicious persons.
