Haridwar: SI Rakhi Rawat honored for very quick and effective action in rape case of 04 year old innocent

On 13.11.2019, an incident of rape of a 04-year-old minor took place in Shyampur police station area. When the condition of the victim was critical, the accused was immediately arrested by getting the victim admitted to AIIMS Rishikesh for treatment.
As a result of quality investigation, collection of evidence and effective advocacy of prosecution, in just 37 days, SI Rakhi Rawat himself was defended by SI Rakhi Rawat as case officer by sending charge sheet, in which the accused was given life imprisonment and one lakh rupees by Hon’ble Court on 14.9.2022.
