Haridwar: District Badar accused sent off from the border, warned to stay out of the district limits for a whole month.

In compliance of the strict instructions given by SSP Haridwar Mr. Ajai Singh regarding taking strict action against professional criminals, the habitual accused Baldev Singh s/o Budh Singh, resident of Abadhipur police station Khanpur, who was spoiling the harmony of the society, was arrested by the police station of Khanpur under the Gunda Act of the district. In the said context, the Additional District Magistrate ordered the accused Baldev Singh to be kept out of the boundaries of the district for one month under Section 3 of the Goonda Act and not to enter the boundaries of Haridwar district without the permission of the Hon’ble Court. Action was taken by sending the above Baldev across the Purkaji border of District Haridwar by Police Station Khanpur, District Badar.
