Uttarakhand/Nainital: SSP Nainital held a monthly crime seminar with all the in-charge officers of Nainital Police, honored 03 police officers/personnel including SO Nandan Singh Rawat for doing excellent work.
Today, on 22.11.2022, a monthly crime review meeting was organized by Mr. Pankaj Bhatt, SSP Nainital with all the officers in charge of Nainital Police at Haldwani meeting hall. The following guidelines were given in the meeting.
* Employees’ conference was taken before the meeting. The problems of the employees were well heard and resolved.
* There should be no laxity in the proceedings of the court. Action will be taken against the negligent police stations.
* Maximum cases should be registered. Strict action will be taken against the police stations which are negligent in registering the cases.
*Emphasizing on the crimes of house-breaking and theft, 100 percent recovery and arrest of criminals should be done.
* Police stations should work seriously to curb illegal drugs. Identify the dens of illegal drugs and take maximum preventive action. Gamblers and bookies should also be arrested.
* Driving action should be expedited, prepare an action plan by making a strategy from your level to follow the traffic rules.
* Take action as per rules on the basis of crimes and activities of criminals under the Gangster Act. Ensure the arrest of criminals with rewards by forming teams.
* Negligence should not be taken in the registration and investigation of crimes related to women, 100 percent registration should be done clearly.
*Make community policing effective, behave decently with the public.
Dispose of pending discussions and investigations immediately. The CM helpline and other complaint applications should also be disposed of on time.
* Special attention should be given to cleanliness in police stations/offices, develop a clean and beautiful environment.
* 100 percent recovery should be done by forming a team of minor children. Taking serious note of the relationship between missing children and women, register missing persons as per the rules. The concerned Additional Superintendent of Police should review it weekly.
