To make the mission of Hon’ble Chief Minister Uttarakhand “Drug-free Devbhoomi Abhiyan 2025” a success, the Haridwar Police today organized a chaupal in the most drug-affected mohalla/town/village of all the police station areas of the district under the conscious leadership of SSP Haridwar Ajai Singh.
In which, in order to make the general public aware about the prevention of drugs, people were made aware through other means in addition to the video in the chaupal being organized every Saturday.
In the same order today, the police chief of the district organized a chaupal at a place called Badi Chaupal of village Rohalki under police station Bahadarabad.

During this, Mr. Ajai Singh sought public cooperation for the eradication of drug addiction while having a deep discussion with the local people on the effect of drugs spreading in the society. Mr. Ajai Singh, serious about the issue, said in clear words during his interaction with the public that If the public is determined at the society level, then it is not possible that someone goes around distributing drugs, the police are doing their work seriously, but the most important thing is to raise their voice against them. The sooner you start this protest, the better because today the neighbor’s boy is spoiled, then tomorrow or the day after tomorrow our own child may also be.
