Haridwar: Case registered in Kankhal police station on the order of Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Haridwar Police taking cognizance of the complaints received regarding malpractices in the recently held AE/JE examination, instructions were given by Chief Minister of Uttarakhand to conduct a detailed investigation in the matter.

When the investigation was done by SIT Haridwar, on being informed to the government that there was a mistake in the prima facie examination,  Chief Minister of Uttarakhand instruction  case in the matter and directed for the strictest action.

In pursuance of the above order,  a case has been registered against the concerned accused in police station Kankhal, Haridwar under Section 420, 409,120-B IPC, 3/4 Public Examination Act-1998, 7/8 Corruption Act-1988. Discussion continues.
