Haridwar:  Father set fire on his son in the hands of the police.

On 26.01.2023 Pulkit’s son Devendra resident of Devnagar Ravani Mahdood Sidcul Haridwar filed a complaint at the police station that his father Devendra fired 2-3 shots from his license pistol at home with the intention of killing him, in relation to which FIR was lodged at the police station. 54/23 Section 307 IPC was registered and Sidcul police immediately went to the spot of the plaintiff and inquired about the incident on Devendra’s son Srichand and checked CCTV footage, CCTV DVR and accused’s license pistol and 01 hollow cartridges and 03 live cartridges and 01 fired bullet were recovered from the spot. Hui. On which a case was registered against the accused Devendra S/o Srichand under Section 30 Arms Act and necessary action was taken at the police station by confiscating the arms license of the accused Devendra.
