Haridwar: Humanity  once again put to shame , the dead body of a newborn baby was found descending in Ganga Nahar.

This incident that shattered the sentiments of humanity is from Jwalapur area where children searching for coins in Ganga Nahar saw a bag being lowered amidst the waves of water. With the possibility of winning the lottery, when the children saw the bag taken out of the Ganga river, everyone got scared. The dead body of a newborn baby was kept inside the bag.
On receiving the information, SI Sandeepa Bhandari, who reached the spot along with Hamrah, gathered information about the incident from the children. Prima facie it appears that to hide the birth of a newborn baby, his body was purposely thrown into Ganga Nahar in a secret manner. In this regard, on the basis of oral statement of SI Sandeepa Bhandari, a case was registered against the unknown at Kotwali Jwalapur.
