Uttrakhand / Today inspected the border and remote reporting police outpost Malari of Chamoli district and took stock of the arrangements. Along with this, visited the ITBP camp, talked to the jawans and talked to the village head and also got information about local issues. Wife Alaknanda, SP Chamoli Pramendra Dobal, Commandant ITBP Vijay Kumar were also with him. On reaching Malari, the local residents and women danced and welcomed them in their traditional clothes. His clothes were very beautiful. Malari is a beautiful old Himalayan village with unique architecture and slate roofed old houses. The beauty of Malari Valley is a sight to behold. It is not less than Niti-Mana Valley at any cost. Malari valley can also be brought on the tourism map.
