Court issues non-bailable warrant on husband and wife in case of assault with senior journalis (Rishabh Chauhan) Haridwar. The court today issued non-bailable warrants against Bhavani Sharan Vishnoi and his wife Sushma in the case of assault and threatening to kill a senior journalist for not appearing in Haridwar District Sessions Court, and two accused are absconding.

It is worth mentioning that after entering the house of senior journalist Ved Prakash Chauhan behind Shravan Nath Aarti Hotel under Kotwali Nagar area, he had threatened to beat up and kill him. Judge First Civil Judge JD Vivek Singh Rana has issued non-bailable warrants against two accused Bhavani Vishnoi and his wife Sushma on Thursday, 28 April, for defying the court in this case.
