Haridwar/SIDCUL:Ginni Filaments Limited created history again. The SIA Cricket Tournament won its second match in a row to enter the semi-finals.Ginni Filaments Limited registered its victory by defeating Mahindra by 16 runs. Batting first, Ginni filaments Ltd. scored 101 runs in 17.2 overs. The target of 102 runs was kept for the victory of Mahindra. In which Ginni Filaments Limited bundled out the entire Mahindra team for 85 runs in 14 overs at the loss of 10 wickets and won by 16 runs.
Earlier, Ginni Filaments Limited had also won the first match by 2 runs from ALF. which was played on 29 April 2023 and today win again.
Harshit Rajput scored the highest inning of 22 runs from Ginni Filaments Limited and stayed in the field for a long time and hit 2 fours while playing a long inning. In the second place, Ashish Sharma scored 13 runs in which he hit a four. From ‘Ginni’ Dhiraj Jha played patiently and took 4 important wickets of Mahindra’s players for 26 runs in 3 overs and took the match to a thrilling and a decisive turn, taking the victory in Ginni’s favour.
After winning the toss, Mahindra decided to fielding first and put Ginni in to batting. While hosting the Ginni team, Mr. Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Mr. Pradeep Patra, Mr. Madhukar Sharma and employees of Ginni Filaments Limited were present and encouraged the team. Captain Manish Nautiyal, Harshit Rajput, Ashish Sharma, Vishal Saini, Deepak Bisht, Abhay, Nitin Saini, Prakash Singh, Archit, Dheeraj Jha, Pankaj Nautiyal, Pankaj Chauhan, Uttam Kumar, Tinku, Gaurav Som etc. from ‘Ginni’ team were present in the field.
