Haridwar/Roorkee:On October 20, 2023, Chief Fire Officer, Haridwar conducted half-yearly inspection of Fire Station Roorkee.

After running the curtain branch, all the employees were informed about the information regarding it and its method of use. They were directed to start all the vehicles and remove the necessary deficiencies and also directed to always keep the breathing apparatus set in high quality and working condition to be done.

If you want to save the life of a person in an environment full of poisonous smoke, then these devices can also be used. During the inspection, it was directed that vehicles and equipment should always be kept in top condition and maximum manpower should be maintained and all equipment should be used and tested from time to time.
Amidst the upcoming festivals, keep a vigilant eye on the city so that no untoward incident happens in the city.

All the employees were praised wholeheartedly for the cleanliness of Barrick and Fire Service Store. A healthy body and a healthy mind always affect your efficiency. It was also directed to keep doing exercise etc.
All the employees were asked about their departmental and family problems. All of them expressed their efficiency and were also directed to use necessary safety equipment like breathing apparatus, helmet, fire proxy suit, helmet, goggles etc. in case of future fire. Action will be taken against employees who do not use necessary safety equipment during work.
Along with this, keep publicizing and broadcasting every fire incident and life saving work through social media, ensure to strictly follow the orders and instructions of the Fire and Emergency Services Police Headquarters and also keep doing awareness campaign programs from time to time.
It was directed that from time to time, necessary knowledge of first aid should also be imparted to the personnel because we act as primary responders at any incident site.
