Haridwar: Accused Shahzad alias Kallu son of Kalu and Parvez alias Allah Diya son of Nisar, residents of Mohalla Kassawan Kotwali Jwalapur Haridwar, who are absconding in animal cruelty case, are continuously absconding to avoid their arrest.
Due to which the absconding criminals were ordered by the court to appear in the court within a month and papers were also pasted at their homes.
If the culprit does not appear before the court on time, confiscation action will be taken as per the court order.
