Haridwar/Jhabreda:The young man was caught with a heavy pistol and cartridges for showing dominance by waving a pistol while fighting, being produced in the court.
Acting on the instructions given by SSP Haridwar to take strict action against those who spread fear among the general public by using illegal weapons, the police team arrested Sangeet S/o Birampal, resident of village Akbarpur Fazilpur Jhabreda with illegal pistol and 01 cartridge.
The video of the accused youth showing dominance by waving a pistol during a fight was going viral. On the basis of the recovery, a case has been registered against the youth under the Arms Act in Jhabreda police station. The accused is being presented before the Honorable Court as per rules.
