It is unfortunate that while the level of education in the country seems to be increasing, on the other hand, drug addiction has engulfed the youth more than before.

Haridwar Police Captain’s new initiative against drug addiction

Police Captain has started a new campaign named “Operation Nai Kiran“to identify youths who are addicted to drugs, police station wise, to get them counseled by psychiatrists and to bring them back into the mainstream of society.
This campaign will be reviewed from time to time circle wise and also by the captain himself. For this, necessary guidelines were given to all the police station heads to make concrete and meaningful efforts in this direction and to encourage the youth who are deviating from drugs and getting back into the mainstream.
