In such a situation, as a parent, concerned about the education of his children, SSP Haridwar Pramendra Dobal took important steps and issued a strict warning to those who play loud DJ in wedding ceremonies or other programs in the city, as per the guidelines issued by the Honorable Court. Instructions have been given to play DJ for the fixed time period “till 10:00 pm” and at the prescribed decibel. For this, a dedicated team has been formed in each police station, whose job will be to reach the spot on receiving information and take strict legal action in advance by switching off the loud sound system. Just a few days ago, on the orders of the SSP, due to the large-scale action taken by the Haridwar Police against the banned Chinese Manjha in the district, this year on the occasion of Basant Panchami, there were very few accidents as compared to the accidents that occur every year.
