Haridwar:When fire-related accidents occur in villages situated in rural areas, due to the long distance, a lot of life and property is lost before the fire brigade personnel and relief teams reach there  To reduce such losses, “Fire Safety in Village” campaign is being run by Haridwar Police.

Under the campaign, Fire Service Unit Laksar team gave information about fire extinguishing equipment to more than 135 villagers of village Khadanja Qutubpur and also shared practical measures for prevention and relief from these accidental incidents, including domestic LPG gas etc. and in rural areas. Information was given about prevention from possible fires. The ongoing campaign to provide free training to people and make them aware about these important measures to reduce fire risk will continue till 14 April 2024. Will be done.
