Haridwar:Pramendra Singh Dobhal, who is very fond of nature, makes continuous efforts to make the surrounding environment green wherever he goes. After his arrival in Haridwar, he gave a new look to the garden formerly located in the SSP office premises. Was provided and various colorful flowering plants were brought and planted in the garden like ice flower, Gazanias, Geraniums, Barbenas, Butterfly, Lady’s Purse, Gerbera, Fuchsia, Calendula, Pansies, Petunias, Dianthus, Ranunculus, Roses, Dahlias, Ornamental Kale, Asters, Cereals etc.
The renovation of the garden by SSP has given a beautiful message of conservation of nature to the general public, which is very useful considering the current environmental conditions. Every Sunday, when it is an office holiday, a large number of women/children/elderly people come here from nearby/distant places to admire the nature.

Basically this festival is a festival of coordination between man and nature. In Sanatan Dharma also, the new year starts from the month of Chait. On this day, from early morning, children take flowers in plates and go to every house in the village/city to worship the threshold of flowers and get a reward full of love. Many children also come from time to time to visit Maa Ganga Vatika.
