Shyampur Police arrested three thieves including a junk dealer with stolen goods worth lakhs, they used to steal goods from the site of the flyover of the under-construction highway in the dark of night

HARIDWAR SHYAMPUR / Cases were registered against unknown people in connection with highway personnel at Shyampur Haridwar Police Station. In which, under the guidance of senior officials, different teams were formed at the police station level to reveal the theft incident. While investigating the team today, on the information of the informer, a Bolero Max vehicle was found in the forest near the Yellow River bridge.
It was loaded with goods stolen from the highway. Three suspects were found standing near this vehicle, who were Yasin son of Naseem Ahmed resident of Teli Mohalla Jolly Grant Police Station Kotwali Doiwala District Dehradun age 32 years, Tahseen son of Naseem Ahmed resident of Teli Mohalla Jolly Grant Police Station Kotwali Doiwala District Dehradun age 27 years and Ashish son of Shri Kishore Chand resident of Rajiv Nagar Police Station Kotwali Doiwala District Dehradun age 24 years, who were arrested by the police. During interrogation, they also confessed to committing the theft.
After which 100% of the stolen goods were recovered, which was appreciated by the public.
