SEX racket busted in Haridwar, many people found in shameful condition in the room, AHTU (Anti Human Trafficking Unit) and police together busted the prostitution racket running in a hotel in Sidkul area.

CRIME NEWS SIDCUL / total of seven accused including three women from Saharanpur and the hotel operator have been arrested.
Objectionable material and some medicines have also been recovered from the hotel room. During interrogation, some of their regular customers have also been identified. A case was registered against the accused and they were presented in the court and sent to jail,
SP City Pankaj Gairola said that complaints of prostitution activities were being received for a long time in Sidkul area of Haridwar. On which SSP Pramod Dobal had given instructions to take action.
On receiving important information, a special operation was conducted under the leadership of AHTU in-charge inspector Vijay Singh and Sidkul police station in-charge Manohar Bhandari, in which the police team raided a hotel located in Mahadevpuram Phase-2 of Sidkul area and caught four men and three women including the hotel operator in objectionable condition.
Objectionable material and medicines used in prostitution were also recovered from the hotel. During interrogation, the hotel operator revealed his name as Jani resident of Janakpuri, Muzaffarnagar, Nakul resident of Wajidpur, Sherkot, Bijnor, Sumit resident of Roshanabad, Ashraf resident of Bhajanpur, Saifni, district Rampur. While the women are residents of Budha Kheda Pundir, Sarkadi and Bhagowala Behat area of Saharanpur.
After registering a case against the accused under immoral prostitution and other sections, they have been presented in the court and sent to jail. The police team that took action included AHTU Sub Inspector Rakhi Rawat, Sub Inspector Yogesh Kumar, Woman Sub Inspector Rajesh Kumari, Head Constable Sunil Saini, Constable Jayaraj, Constable Vijay Negi, Constable Anil Kandhari, Woman Home Guard Arun Bala.
