Fearing Haridwar police, rape accused surrendered in police station, accused of raping minor by threatening her

MANGLAORE / case was registered today under relevant sections against Shaukin alias Saad son of Shanuddin resident of Sisona police station Chappar district Muzaffarnagar and Israr son of late Shabbir resident of Muzaffarnagar in connection with a person raping his minor daughter by threatening her at Kotwali Mangalore.

As the case was serious, on the strict directions given by SSP Haridwar for the early arrest of the accused, a team was immediately formed by the Mangalore police station and continuous raids were conducted at the main places of the named accused but the accused could not be found.

As soon as the case was registered, due to the continuous activism of the police, today both the accused came to the police station themselves and surrendered by admitting their crime due to fear of law. They were taken into custody as per rules and other sections were added in the above case.
