Inspection of police station started after the salute of ceremonial guard, the captain thoroughly checked the condition of office, mess, store room etc., appreciated the arrangements of store room and mess, checked the information of the employees posted in the office, also praised the garden made in the police station premises and the message wall painting done on the walls

Senior Superintendent of Police of Haridwar district Pramendra Singh Dobal reached Shyampur police station today for annual inspection. After receiving salute from the ceremonial guard, the process of inspection was started by SSP Dobal. Seeing the garden built in the police station premises and the wall painting made on the walls of the police station premises regarding emergency numbers, punishment for crime etc., SSP Dobal praised SHO Nitesh Sharma.

All the arrangements were checked by closely inspecting the police station, CCTNS office, store room, employee barrack, lockup and canteen etc. During this, cleanliness was found to be good in the police station. All the records of the police station were thoroughly inspected and all the entries were checked. The records of the office staff were inspected, the records were found to be organized. The use of wireless set and code were discussed with the employees posted in the office and these information were told to be important.

While closely inspecting the records, necessary instructions were given to all the employees to correct the deficiencies found immediately and to keep the records properly and to make the working system effective.

During the inspection, SP Crime Traffic Jitendra Mehra, SP City Pankaj Gairola, CO City Shishupal Singh Negi along with SSP Haridwar’s reader, stenographer and other officers and employees of the police station were present.
