Haridwar: Kanwar fair has gained momentum as soon as Panchak is over, where on one hand, Mayapuri is resonating with the cheers of lakhs of Shiva devotees, while on the other hand, the Haridwar Police personnel are determined to give their best on every front for the safe return of these Kanwariyas has happened.In the last few days, the following policemen were honored by Dr. Yogendra Singh Rawat, DIG/SSP Haridwar, late in the evening for encouraging the soldiers who did excellent work in this fair.
SI Satendra Singh Negi & SI Krishna Kumar – the sub inspectors have come to the fair duty from Dehradun district and are on duty in Zone-19.He was active in the anti-encroachment campaign in his zone, did effective traffic management as well as got the electric dangling wires repaired in time by establishing himself in harmony with the concerned department.
