Haridwar: The vigilance of Haridwar Police, which is engaged in the successful completion of Kanwar Yatra, is making headlines across the district. The incident happened around 2.30 pm when SI Laxmi Prasad Bijalvan, posted at Har Ki Paidi entrance, caught sight of a youth wearing Uttar Pradesh Police uniform who was trying to enter Har Ki Paidi with a pistol.
