Senior IPS officer Deepam Seth awarded PhD degree by IIT Roorkee,

DEHRADUN/ Senior IPS officer of Uttarakhand cadre Deepam Seth was awarded the PhD degree at the 22nd convocation of IIT Roorkee on Thursday. Deepam Seth, a 1995 batch IPS officer, is currently posted as Additional Director General of Police at ITBP Headquarters on central deputation. Mr. Deepam Seth was awarded PhD degree by the Faculty of Management Studies, IIT Roorkee for his research work on Impact of Strategic Planning and Communication on Team Effectiveness: A Study of Policing of Mega Events. This title was given to him by the Chief Guest, Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, who joined the ceremony online.
