Bhagwanpur police arrested accused of rape,The accused had lured the minor and taken her away.

Haridwar/Bhagwanpur:  A case was registered against the named accused at Bhagwanpur police station in connection with the abduction of his own daughter by a resident of village Baleki, in which action was taken and the victim was recovered by the police team on 25/12/23. On the basis of the statements of the accused, sections 366/376(2) of IPC and 5(l)/6 of POCSO Act were added to the case.
As a result of the efforts being made to arrest the accused, the police team succeeded in arresting the accused Rishabh son of Fateh Singh, resident of village Baleki Yusufpur police station Bhagwanpur district Haridwar.
