Haridwar:In order to make the “Operation Mukti” campaign being run at the headquarters meaningful, SSP Haridwar Pramendra Dobal directed the children begging on the streets to connect them to the mainstream of education by removing them from the path of begging and to provide education to the economically weak and destitute children by removing them from the path of begging.
