UTTRAKHAND / Very sad news! Senior IPS officer of 2004 batch of Uttarakhand cadre, Kewal Khurana passed away. He was unwell for a long time and today he breathed his last at Max Hospital, Saket, Delhi.

Kewal Khurana was known for his dedication, discipline and excellent administrative ability. His untimely demise has left his family, Uttarakhand Police Department, his colleagues, friends and well-wishers in grief.
