Haridwar Police Makes Another big Recovery of Lost Mobile Phones, Returns Devices Worth Over ₹4,000,000 to Their Owners

Haridwar police,In a program organized today at the Conference Hall of the Police Office, Roshnabad, SSP Pramendra Singh Dobal and other subordinate police officers handed over more than 300 recovered lost mobile phones to their rightful owners.
On the instructions of SSP Pramendra Singh Dobal, the Haridwar Cyber Cell team traced the mobile phones mentioned in complaints received at various police stations across the district using the C.E.I.R. portal, surveillance, and police station coordination. As a result, over 300 mobile phones worth more than ₹4 million (₹40,00,000) were recovered from several states including Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Bihar, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Last year, in 2024, Haridwar Police had recovered 668 mobile phones and returned them to their owners.
