Grand Installation Ceremony of Rotary Club Haridwar Central for Session 2025–26 Concludes Successfully; V.K. Chugh Appointed President and Jitendra Nath as Secretary, New Office Bearers Take Oath

Haridwar / The installation ceremony of Rotary Club Haridwar Central for the year 2025–26 was held with great dignity and enthusiasm at Hotel Hyphen, Pentagon Mall, Sidcul, Haridwar. Over 80 Rotarians, Anns, and distinguished guests attended the event, embracing the Rotary motto — “Service Above Self.”
During the ceremony, Rotarian V.K. Chugh assumed the role of President and Rotarian Jitendra Nath took charge as Secretary. Along with them, the new team of office bearers also took the oath of service.
Rotarian Advocate Namit Sharma served as the Chairman of this grand event, while the ceremony was skillfully conducted by Master of Ceremony, Rotarian M.V. Pathak.
Rotary District Governor Rotarian Ravi Prakash graced the occasion as the chief guest, accompanied by his wife, Rotarian Shalini. Their presence added prestige to the event. The dynamic participation of Addl. DG Rotarian Vikas Garg, AGE Gaurav Gupta, and Ann Seema further energized the program.
Presidents and Secretaries from Rotary Club Haridwar, Rotary Club Ranipur, Rotary Club Kankhal, and Rotary Club Chhidrawala also joined the celebrations, reflecting unity and collaboration within the Rotary family.
A key highlight of the event was the induction of 8 new members into Rotary Club Haridwar Central. They were honored with lapel pins during a formal welcome ceremony.
Special appreciation was extended to: Senior-most Rotarian V.K. Agrawal, Rotarian Yogendra Singh, Rotarian Vinay, Rotarian Vinees Mehta, Rotarian Anil Diwan, Rotarian Sameer Gupta, Rotarian Ajit Tomar, Rotarian M.V. Pathak, Rotarian Sachin Chopra, Rotarian Advocate Namit Sharma, Ann Neelima, and Ann Renu Chugh — whose presence made the event even more special.
In his presidential address, Rotarian V.K. Chugh expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the guests and reaffirmed the club’s commitment to upcoming service projects, especially in the areas of healthcare, education, youth empowerment, and community development.
The ceremony concluded in an atmosphere filled with harmony, inspiration, and service spirit, followed by a fellowship dinner.
