Haridwar: The immediate action of Bahadrabad police was saved from a major accident.During the Kavad Yatra, some untoward incident is happening every day, but the police is making all efforts to deal with these incidents immediately and nowadays Kavad Yatra is also a big challenge for the police because for the last two years due to Corona. Due to which the Kavad Yatra was stopped, due to which more and more Kavad pilgrims are reaching Haridwar this time, where there is a crowd of Kavadis, due to which some accident is coming to the fore every day.

It also happened near Crystal World ahead of Patanjali at around 8:30 am today, where a Kavadiya motorcycle caught fire on the main road highway, disrupting traffic and causing panic among the general public.
But taking prompt action by constable Vipin Saklani and constable Sourav posted in the night Chetak of outpost Shantarshah of police station Bahadarabad, by bringing a fire extinguisher from a nearby petrol pump, immediately extinguished the fire and saved a major incident from happening. Drive the traffic smoothly by removing the motorcycle from the roadside. This was widely appreciated by the residents and travelers nearby.
